How do I purchase your goods?

First, confirm the model of the machine you need, then confirm the compressor and refrigeration, need the pre cooling and puffing function or not. Secondly, we will confirm with you the voltage, plug, where to deliver, to use. Thirdly, we will ask our agent the shipping cost, and give you the total price quotation. Finally, if all are confirmed, we will send you the invoice for you to check, you make the payment, and we will arrangement the production, all you need to do is wait for the goods to arrive.

What is the warranty? And how do you fulfill it?

We offer 1 year warranty. Each order we will send 1% total value spare parts and for some special requests we will need proof to show for us as evidence.

What is your product quality compare to other suppliers in china?

These years we invest a lot on manufacturing equipment like laser cutting machine to make our craftwork better and we test everything machine before delivery.

What is your payment method?

If LCL shipment, we prefer to take full payment, if FCL shipment, we would like to take 30% as deposit and 70% balance against loading.
